What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Klarna, Maestro).
Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order.
After 12 hours, changes cannot be made.
If you’d still like to cancel, you can return the order for a full refund once it arrives.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).
Processing time: 1–3 business days.
Orders are shipped the next business day after processing.

Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Hong Kong.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on your location.
Please allow extra time during holidays or busy sales seasons.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days after shipping, you are eligible for a full refund.

When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Credit/debit card refunds typically take 7–10 business days after we receive your return or approve your cancellation.
If you haven’t seen the refund yet, please check with your bank or card provider, as posting times can vary.
