Do you ship worldwide?
We currently deliver throughout Europe and the United Kingdom. Shipping to countries outside Europe (like the USA, Canada, or Australia) is not available right now.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Europe, primarily from Germany.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As we process orders quickly, please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, we may not be able to make adjustments. If your order has already been dispatched, you can still return it after delivery for a full refund in line with our return policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna, and Google Pay (where available at checkout).
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) within 1–3 business days. Once processed, your order ships on the next business day. During holidays and sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Estimated delivery time is typically 5-12 days, depending on your location and local postal processing. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
What if I don't receive my order?
Delivery usually takes 5–12 business days. If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of being shipped, you’re eligible for a full refund, just contact us and we’ll make it right.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
EU orders: No, orders delivered within the EU are not subject to customs fees at delivery.
UK orders: Most orders arrive without any additional charges. However, if UK customs or your local delivery carrier applies import VAT, duties, or handling fees, these charges are determined by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict them, please contact your local customs office for the most accurate information.

What if the item(s) I received are defective/incorrect/damaged?
Please contact us if you have received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, and/or defective. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all related references upon receiving your package. We will do our very best to resolve your case as soon as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are always credited to your original payment method. Once your return is received and approved (or your order is cancelled), the refund is processed within 7–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account. If you don’t see the refund after 10 business days, contact your bank/card provider for an update.
