These terms apply when you shop on Tingora.com, operated by Tingora AB (Corporate ID 559540-9466, Sweden). By completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Purchase & Order Confirmation
A binding agreement is formed when we send an order confirmation to your email address. The confirmation is sent automatically from our system.
If you do not receive an order confirmation within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and contact us if it is missing.
We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing, stock status, delivery times, or product information, even after an order has been placed.
2. Prices
All prices are listed in Swedish kronor (SEK) and include VAT.
For customers outside the EU, VAT may be removed or adjusted at checkout in accordance with applicable tax rules.
3. Payment
We work with payment services such as Klarna, Stripe, and PayPal. Available payment options may include:

Direct bank payments

Invoice or installment payments (via Klarna — availability may vary by country)

Digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay)
For pre-orders or items shipped directly from suppliers, we may reserve the right to charge the amount in advance to ensure your order is processed.
4. Delivery
We use both in-stock products and dropshipping suppliers.

In-stock items are shipped from our warehouse and delivered within 2–5 business days (within Sweden/EU; international shipping may take longer).

Dropshipping items are shipped directly from the supplier and normally delivered within 2–4 weeks, depending on destination.
Your order may be split into multiple shipments if it contains a mix of warehouse items and dropshipping items.
We primarily use PostNord, DHL, and Schenker. Delivery may be made to your home, a service point, or a parcel locker.
For deliveries outside Sweden, local carriers may vary.
5. Shipping Costs

Standard shipping: 49 SEK per order

Express shipping (only for in-stock items): +29 SEK
The total shipping cost is always displayed at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
International shipping fees may vary depending on destination and will be shown at checkout.
6. Unclaimed Packages
Packages that are not collected will be returned to us or the supplier. A handling and return fee will be charged:

Order value under 150 SEK → 50 SEK

Order value 150–700 SEK → 100 SEK

Order value over 700 SEK → 300 SEK

Order value over 2500 SEK → 800 SEK
For international orders, return fees may differ depending on the country and carrier.
The fee will be deducted from your refund or added to the invoice if unpaid.
7. Right of Withdrawal & Returns
You always have 14 days right of withdrawal within the EU (in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive).
The withdrawal period starts on the day you receive the item.
Return conditions:

The product must be in substantially unchanged condition and returned in its original packaging.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

Always contact customer service before returning any product — especially dropshipping items, which may need to be returned directly to the supplier.
Exemptions from the right of withdrawal:

Products with broken seals for hygiene or health reasons (e.g., in-ear headphones).

Digital goods/services that have already begun with your consent.
-
Customized or personalized products.
-
For non-EU countries, local consumer laws may apply and the right of withdrawal may differ.
8. Complaints & Warranty
You have 3 years of complaint rights within Sweden under the Consumer Purchase Act.
For EU customers, the Consumer Sales Directive applies (minimum 2 years).
In case of complaint:

Contact customer service as soon as possible.

We cover return shipping for approved complaints.

The product must be properly packaged to avoid damage.
Any additional warranty beyond the statutory rights will be specified on the product page.
For customers outside the EU/EEA, warranty terms may vary depending on local legislation and supplier policies.
9. Refunds
Refunds are normally processed within 5–15 business days after we receive and approve the return.

Card and direct payments are refunded to the same account used for the purchase.

Klarna invoices are adjusted or refunded via Klarna.

PayPal refunds are processed through PayPal.
For international refunds, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
10. Privacy & Security
We process personal data according to the GDPR for all customers within the EU/EEA.
For customers outside the EU, we apply applicable privacy regulations such as:

We only collect information necessary to process your order and share it only with trusted partners for payment, shipping, and IT operations.

11. Disputes & Force Majeure
For Swedish and EU customers:

We follow the recommendations of the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).

For customers outside the EU:

Disputes will be handled in accordance with Swedish law, unless mandatory local consumer protection laws apply in your country.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, supplier issues).
12. Conditions & Requirements
To shop at Tingora.com, you must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the event of:

Technical errors or obvious pricing mistakes

Out-of-stock items or supplier inability to deliver

Suspected fraud or abuse of discounts/promotions

Incomplete or incorrect customer information

International import restrictions or customs issues
