Shipping Policy

1. General Information

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered, including processing times, carriers, international shipping, customs, and lost or delayed packages.
By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy together with our Terms of Service and Return & Refund Policy.


2. Order Processing Times

We process orders Monday–Friday (excluding holidays).

  • In-stock items: Usually processed within 1–3 business days

  • Dropshipping items: Usually processed within 2–5 business days

If your order contains both in-stock and dropshipping items, you may receive your products in multiple shipments.

Processing times do not include weekends or delivery times.


3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on product type and destination.

Sweden & EU:

  • In-stock items: 2–5 business days

  • Dropshipping items: 2–4 weeks

International (outside EU):

  • In-stock items: 5–12 business days

  • Dropshipping items: 2–6 weeks

All delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, or external events beyond our control.


4. Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship using:

  • PostNord

  • DHL

  • Schenker

  • UPS (for some international orders)

For international shipments, local carriers may vary depending on the country of destination.


5. Shipping Costs

We ship worldwide. All shipping fees are automatically calculated based on your location, order weight/size, and chosen shipping method.

You will see the exact shipping cost directly in your shopping cart and at checkout before completing your purchase.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless required by applicable law.


6. Split Shipments

Your order may arrive in separate packages if:

  • It contains both warehouse items and dropshipping items

  • One item becomes available sooner

  • Items ship from different suppliers

You will receive tracking information for each shipment if available.


7. Tracking Information

Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
Tracking details are included when provided by the carrier or supplier.

Please note that tracking availability may vary for dropshipping orders or international shipments.


8. Customs, Import Fees & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipped outside the EU:

  • Customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and handling fees may apply

  • These charges are not included in product or shipping prices

  • The customer is responsible for all applicable import fees

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance

If a package is refused due to customs charges, return shipping fees and additional costs may be deducted from your refund.


9. Delivery Issues & Delays

Tingora is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Natural events

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • High seasonal volumes (e.g., holidays)

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, please contact the carrier first and then our support team.


10. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the carrier marks a package as delivered, Tingora is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

If your package is lost during transit:

  • Contact us at support@tingora.com

  • We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier

  • Replacement or refund may be issued after carrier investigation, depending on the outcome


11. Unclaimed or Returned Packages

If a package is returned because it was unclaimed, could not be delivered, or was refused by the recipient:

  • A handling fee may be deducted (see Terms of Service)

  • You may be responsible for return shipping costs

  • Re-shipping fees may apply if you want the order resent


12. Incorrect Address Information

You are responsible for ensuring your shipping information is accurate at checkout.

If an incorrect address causes the package to be lost or returned, additional charges may apply and shipping fees are non-refundable.
